CAN I CUSTOMIZE A WATCH?

Yes. All of our timepieces can be customized with some limitations.  Please contact us to discuss your ideas.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) may be used for all purchases.

Bank wire transfers are only accepted for orders placed over the phone with the Concierge. You can place orders here by calling 480-423-3848.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?

For custom products we ask for a 50% deposit upon approval of your quote, with the balance due prior to shipping

WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?

Your credit card is charged when you place an order for an item that is in stock. We do not pre-authorize any cards at the time of sale.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Only overnight shipping is available.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A COLLECTION POINT OR PO BOX  ADDRESS? 

We do not ship to certain addresses, such as military, certain restricted areas, pick-up points, or PO boxes.

MAY I PICK UP MY ORDER AT YOUR LOCAL STUDIO/SHOP?

Yes, we would love to have the opportunity to meet you and show you our studio.  Local taxes may apply.

CAN I SEND MY ORDER AS A GIFT?

Yes, all of our products can be ordered as a gift and may include a gift message of your choosing.

ARE ALL PRODUCTS WARRANTED?

All of our timepieces have a 5-year warranty. Extend your warranty by five years if your watch is returned to us for servicing between years five and six (current service charges will apply).

WHAT CAN I DO, IF MY TIMEPIECE REQUIRES A SERVICE?

WHY SHOULD I HAVE MY TIMEPIECE SERVICED?

Your timepiece is a high-precision instrument and the greatest care has been taken in its design and production. It deserves the greatest attention to ensure that it continues to work perfectly for many years to come.  Most mechanical watch manufacturers recommend servicing between five and ten years after purchase.  Depending on the amount and type of wear, a mechanical watch might need only simple adjustments.  No matter the amount of service, your watch will be returned to you looking as close to new as we are capable of given the wear.

IS ENGRAVING AVAILABLE?

Yes. Our timepieces can be hand engraved to any level of decoration by our associate, Todd Daniels.  In-house laser engraving or decoration is also offered.
